Baptism

The Sacrament of Baptism is the introduction of a child into the church community and the beginning of their life of faith.

Baptism is a ‘new birth’ into the divine life.

Baptisms can be celebrated during any of our parish once a month as follows:

First Sunday of the month at 12:30pm St Fidelis
Second Sunday of the month at 12:30pm St Joseph’s
Third Sunday of the month at 11:45am St Ambrose
Fourth SATURDAY of the month at 4pm Our Lady’s Help of Christians

We have a Baptism Preparation Meeting once a month on the third Thursday. The monthly preparation meeting will be held via Zoom from 7:30pm to 8:15pm.

This involves meeting both our parish priest Fr Linh or Fr. Tran, where information on the sacrament will be provided.

Adult Baptism is also available through the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults.
